Welcome at Moestasj
Are you an international student and do you want to play basketball this coming year? We are pleased that you are interested to play basketball at Moestasj this season. With around 80 members, Moestasj is a basketball club where sportsmanship and 'gezelligheid' (having fun together/social activities) are going hand in hand for many years.Moestasj consists of 3 ladies and 3 men teams. Every team exists of about 12 players (apart from practice members). We play our games in black uniform. All our games are in the northern part of the Netherlands. For unexperienced players as well as experienced basketball players, Moestasj is the ideal club to practice your shot, to party and to celebrate victories together...
Besides playing basketball, one of the best things about Moestasj are all the activities. Join the introduction weekend on an island, win one of the tournaments and have a drink at 'de borrel'. We organise a lot of activities, which are all optional to join. But above all, everyone is welcome! Read more about our activities!
When you are studying in Holland, you want the full package. At Moestasj you can get it all. Keep your body healthy, meet new people, live the Dutch life and enjoy yourself in one of our many activities. And still you will have plenty of time to study, meet other friends and travel through Holland/Europe. And besides joining all the activities, you can participate in organising them as well. Especially for International Students working in committees (or even the board) is great for your student experience. It's fun and you'll definetly learn a lot from it.

Dear Moessies,Haven't you 'AC(LO)tiveerd' your studentcard? Make sure to do that very fast!
The ACLO have started to check students going to practise. If you have 'AC(LO)tiveerd' you student card, but you don't have it with you, you'll get a fine of € 1,-.
So make sure to bring your card!

7e Lustrum
The weekend of 24th and 25th of Juni Moestasj celebrated the seventh lustrum of our favourite club. The festivities started with an oldschool but very good practise after which most of us gathered for a borrel at café Walrus. The next day we joined in to a four hour basketbal marathon. Ofcourse team white won 3 quarters to 1. After this exhausting experience there was a last party to celebrate the starting of the next five years of Moestasj activities and basketball!Thanks to all who were there, it was brilliant!
